This macaroni and cheese recipe is created in one pot. The Greek yoghurt and pasta water is what makes the sauce so creamy and delicious. It’s so quick and easy, and ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients: 2 cups dry macaroni 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp plain flour 2 cups grated tasty cheese salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cook pasta according to packet directions.
Drain, reserving 1⁄4 of a cup of pasta water.
While the pasta is draining, combine the yoghurt and flour in the same pot and stir over a low heat until well blended.
Add the cheese and stir until just melted, adding a little pasta water at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Stir through the drained pasta.
Season to taste.
Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
