This healthy granola recipe is packed full of goodness and is guaranteed to keep you sustained throughout the morning. There is no refined sugar as it is naturally sweetened with dates and honey. A delicious start to any day!
Ingredients: 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup rolled oats 1 cup chopped dates 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp honey, melted
4 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Tip the mixture into a large roasting pan and spread out evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes, then give the mixture a good stir and bake for a further 5–10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Leave to cool in the pan, then transfer to an airtight container and use within two weeks.

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
This is divine. Swapped dates for chopped dried apricots and almond flakes after cooking. Love it.
