These beef koftas are so easy and versatile. As an alternative you can roll the mixture into meatballs or shape into patties. A great addition to your next BBQ.
Ingredients: 500g (1lb) beef mince 1 onion, chopped finely ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) 1 egg 2 tsp curry powder salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley (optional)
Method: • Soak eight skewers in cold water for 30 minutes. • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. • Divide mixture into eight portions, shape into sausages and push onto the skewers. • Barbecue or fry for 10 minutes or until cooked and golden. • Serve with rice and a green salad.
